The Half Term Hurry
As I’m sure you all know, the school half term ended a couple of weeks ago and the children are all back to school. At Wallers we were working hard throughout the half term hurry. The school holidays are our busiest period and we always have to plan our approach before the holidays start. Ordering materials and organising deliveries have to be sorted before the half term hits for us to be able to complete the jobs on time. It is key that we all work together and help each other so that any issues and problems that get in are way can be overcome. Labour and workers need to be organised and booked in so that the project can start as soon as possible. Half term was a very challenging time for us, but we come out the other side on top.
