From the very beginning Sam took time to explain everything and was extremely patient. The quote and design was sent over for approval very quickly and when it came to the actual work being completed we were extremely happy. We did have a couple of small issues but they were sorted out straight away. The 2 main contractors that were on site most days, were fantastic when it came to our 'rules' and following them. We are more than happy with the whole service and have recommended Wallers to our Trust!
