The whole process, from early planning meetings, through the tender process and finally construction, was handled with reassuring professionalism. Waller Associates were exemplary communicators, provided us with expert advice from start to finish, gave us clear milestones and time-scales and the final refurbishment was finished to a very high standard. I will be contacting this company in the future should we require their services again.
