Iwade School Project Started
Waller Building Services have started this project at Iwade School.
New Hall and Library
The school needed to find more space to create an area for a new hall and a new library. A potential existing free space was a quadrangle at the school. A building consultant drew up a design to infill an existing quadrangle and put the plans out to tender. We were successful through the tender process and were awarded the works.
Works have started recently and will take sixteen weeks to be completed. The foundations are currently being excavated and it is definitely wellington boots weather. We look forward to this completing this project and handing a completed hall and library over to the school.

We carry out works from window and hinge repairs through to complete aluminium and uPVC window and door installations.
