Waller Services has become well known for providing building and glazing solutions within the education sector. We are continuously working with schools and colleges throughout Kent and surrounding areas. With our projects becoming predominately commercial, we have also been working with a wider range of commercial clients as well as education clients. We also work in other commercial areas with our clients including healthcare, local authorities and commercial businesses. Additionally, many of our projects now include commercial building refurbishment. These projects incorporate warehouses and factories, refurbishing receptions, kitchens, staff toilets and the installation of new aluminium windows.
Wire Belt Company Ltd
One company that has used us repeatedly for such projects is a local business, Wire Belt Ltd based in Sittingbourne. The factory was originally built in the 1980s and required refurbishing in many areas. Although the building had been looked after by the staff, areas such as the reception and staff toilets looked dated. The brief was to refurbish the parts of the factory with modern, more contemporary materials. The ongoing refurbishment project has taken place during normal working hours and we have worked closely with the staff which have temporarily relocated for a short time if required.

Waller Building
In the last 25 years, Waller Building has worked on many commercial projects. Our reputation is growing fast. The services provided range from refurbishment through to extensions and complete new builds. Additionally our glazing department repairs windows and glass. We also install uPVC and aluminium windows and doors. One of the major areas that we are continuing grow is window replacement in schools. Waller Associates is Fensa, Chas, Constructionline and safecontractor approved. We are also a Kent County Council approved contractor.
