Waller Services Summer Works
This was my first year to experience the amount of Waller Services Summer Works being carried out over the school summer holidays.
During the 6 weeks, I noticed a considerable change to the workload but I have learned how important it is to organise and prioritise different jobs. Many tasks had to be put in place, such as stock material checks and subcontractor works to be ordered or sent out so that works could be carried out efficiently. I also had a lot of involvement in organising site visits for our operatives to survey different properties for window and door works.
We worked with over 30 schools during the summer holidays on both building and glazing projects.
