Simon achieved a carpentry and joinery City and Guilds qualification whilst training with a local joinery company where he stayed for many years. After a slight change in direction he worked as an onsite carpenter for house building contractors, this was before he worked as a furniture cabinet maker for five years. After gaining a wide range of skills and experience, Simon decided to go it alone and start his own property business which he continued to operate for 12 years.
Simon’s most recent role, before joining the team at Waller’s, was as a project surveyor for housing associations. With the skills learnt during this position and the hands on experience gained over his career, Simon is a great addition to the team.
