Before joining the Waller fold, Paul held various positions within different sectors.
After 12 years of being a fire and security officer at a paper mill, he became a prison officer specialising with young offenders. With a change in direction, he then became a warehouse manager and delivery driver for a plumbing company which included making deliveries throughout England.
Having a varied background and diverse skillset, Paul is a great addition to the company.
