New Housing Association Programme Begins
The end of March a very busy time as this year’s housing association window and door programme comes to an end. In April, the new housing association programme begins and it becomes a mad rush to have all the windows and doors measured in time. All of the details need to be sent over to the housing association before the cut-off date at the end of the month.
New Programme
The new programme starts in a slightly different way for us this year. Our first focus is renewing windows in 28 Optivo properties, all in the same road. We have already made a start in the process which is running smoothly.
To assist with this we have looked at streamlining our surveying process. Our most experienced surveyor is now carrying out surveys digitally on an iPad. This means that surveys are emailed straight to the office from the property and in turn sent to the manufacturer. This makes the whole process quicker which keeps everyone happy!
