Hectic School Holidays
Hectic school holidays are here again and as you can imagine, we are super busy! Schools all over Kent are having works done throughout the holidays, so we need to make sure we stay on top of the work load.
Planning
Lots of planning and thought has to go into each and every job so that the possibility of there being any mistakes or errors is kept to a minimum. Materials are all ordered up and ready to be sent to sites. Workers are at the ready and will soon be cracking on with all their jobs. Deliveries are all set and booked in. We need to make sure that everything they need is there and ready for them when the jobs start.
Timing and planning is absolutely crucial. As I am new to this job role, I still have so much to learn and will need to watch over my peers as they manage the projects. I need to take notes and see how all the different procedures are carried out so that I can then implement this into my jobs. I am now going to be working alongside Andy and will be following his working methods and procedures throughout the coming months. My aim is to learn all the important procedures so that I can soon run my own jobs smoothly.
