Gillingham Library Window Installation Complete
We have recently completed the installation of new windows at Gillingham library in Medway.
The original single glazed, Crittal windows, were replaced with new double glazed uPVC windows. Medway Council wanted to improve the energy efficiency of the building which would lower the carbon footprint. The new double glazed windows mean that heat retention is vastly improved resulting in smaller heating costs and less fossil fuels being required to keep the public warm.
Security and Improved Aesthetic Appearance
In addition the new windows have also improved the security of the building with safety glass and a superior locking system. The new windows have also transfromed the look of the building with modern, bright white framed windows.
