Coming Soon – Gillingham Library New Windows
Waller Building and Glazing Services are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the contract to replace the windows at Gillingham Library in Kent. After being successful in a closed tender process, by Medway council, the installation will begin in September. Each of the single glazed, wooden framed windows within the front elevation of the library are being replaced with uPVC double glazed windows. The design of the windows will ensure that the building remains sympathetic to the local surrounding area.
Upgraded Windows
The new window wills offer improved security with toughened safety glass and secure locking systems. Additionally the new windows will also improve the thermal efficiency of the building meaning that heating costs should be lower in the future. As well as improving the look of the building, the new windows will also be maintenance free with no need to paint the wooden frames!
