Celebrating 25 Years
Waller Associates which incorporates Waller Building and Glazing is celebrating 25 years this year. Managing director, Steve Waller, started the company 25 years ago working in the south east of England and has never looked back. Based in Sittingbourne Kent, it didn’t take long for Steve to grow the company and develop its own identity. Throughout the years the projects undertaken by Waller Building Services have included both domestic and commercial works. As time has progressed Waller Building Services is undertaking more and more commercial projects which include the education and healthcare sectors. In 2010 Steve decided to add Waller Glazing Services to the already successful company which heralded the new era that sees the company in it’s current form. Waller Associates continue to provide building and glazing solutions for the domestic and commercial sectors and is looking forward to the next 25 years!

Commercial building is a growth area for Waller Building. We work in the education and healthcare sectors. The retail sector is also an area of growth. This is due to many warehouse developments in the south east. We install toilet and kitchen areas.

In the last 25 years, Waller Building has worked on many commercial projects. Our reputation is growing fast. The services provided range from refurbishment through to extensions and complete new builds. Additionally our glazing department repairs windows and glass. We also install uPVC and aluminium windows and doors. One of the major areas that we are continuing grow is window replacement in schools. Waller Associates is Fensa, Chas, Constructionline and safecontractor approved. We are also a Kent County Council approved contractor.
