As part of the extensive renovations at this Residential Property a new contemporary bathroom was installed. The previous layout was not conducive to the client’s modern lifestyle. The toilet and bathroom were previously separate. Therefore the works involved demolishing the partition between them to create one larger room. The new room was completely stripped out of all sanitary ware. The tiling and vinyl flooring with a flush floor shower area were also removed prior to walls being re-plastered. New, full height wall tiling was installed throughout and a new shower cubicle was formed.
