School Science Room Conversion

This school science room conversion project consisted of an ordinary classroom being transformed into a bespoke science area. The school required an additional purpose built area for practical science lessons.

The specification of the science room was tailored to meet the needs of the special education school which included bespoke made furniture.

The Project

The original classroom was completely ripped out and some minor internal alterations were made to accommodate the bespoke furniture. We supplied and installed all of the science specific furniture which included work stations, seats and a teaching station. Additionally we installed an adjustable height work station to assist wheelchair users. We also installed three new sinks with one being height adjustable. The final touches included new vinyl flooring, decorating throughout and electrical sockets complete with safety switches.

The end result was the transformation of an ordinary classroom into a science specific classroom which allows all pupils to get involved with practical science lessons.
