Garage Conversion & New Kitchen
The client contacted us requiring a garage conversion including new kitchen, their was intention to maximise the living space within their property due to a change in family circumstances. Working closely with building control to meet all current regulations we formed a new structural opening between the kitchen and garage, this allowed us to start work on converting the garage into a contemporary double bedroom with en suite whilst maintaining the look of a garage outside. As part of the project we made alterations to an existing window and installed a new set of french doors, new kitchen, new floor and full decorations to provide a fresh, practical space for the family to enjoy. The client was very happy with the finished product and the additional living area created.
