Essex Academy Toilet Refurbishment

We carried out this Essex Academy toilet refurbishment project during the summer holidays. After working with REAch2 Academy Trust previously, Purfleet Junior Academy approached Waller Building Services to carry out insurance works to four toilet blocks in the school. The scope of works consisted of removing and setting aside the existing cubicle systems and sanitary ware ready for reinstatement. We then altered the existing damage due to an underlying issue that caused flooding throughout. This led to stripping the walls back to bare brickwork, re-plastering and decoration. The floor coverings were updated with a vibrant, non slip coverings which contrasted with the colourful cubicle systems. Finally we reinstated the cubicle systems and sanitary ware leaving each toilet looking new and refreshed.
