Approved Glazing Stockist
We are pleased to announce that Waller Glazing Services are now the main approved stockist of 7 mm Pyroguard FD60 for the South of England. This is ideal for 60 minute fire rated doors as the glass no longer has to be 11.4 mm thick but 7 mm. The 7mm Pyroguard FD60 is lighter, cheaper and can be supplied in most cases within 48 hours cut to size.
Payment Methods
We are currently in the final stages of streamlining our payment processing methods by enabling our customers to make payments via credit card and telephone. We will also be accept payment through Paypal.
Sustainable Construction
Steve Waller has attended a workshop regarding Sustainable Construction. We endeavour in all cases to be environmentally friendly and use sourced materials whenever possible ([wpfilebase tag=fileurl id=4 linktext=’view our environmental policy here’ /]). We are also looking into using reconstituted plastic as a backing for our equestrian mirrors
Website
Our redesigned website is live and we have received a few positive responses from reputable companies who would like to be on our approved business directory. We will in turn appear on their websites.
Yard
Initial building work has commenced in the yard area at Waller Associates including resurfacing and separating staff parking area from residential and incorporating a turning area for deliveries. Phase 2 of the office redesign and new glazing storage area is due to commence shortly.
Subcontractors Alliance Agreement
This document has now been finalised further to our consultations and meeting earlier this year. This document now forms the basis of the working agreement between ourselves and our subcontractors and defines what can be expected from us and in return what we can expect from them.
Glazing Marketing Campaign
Our campaign will be launching in May inviting selected property owners to apply for a glazing survey. Literature, training and processes have been drawn up to support this. Our Unique Selling Point (USP) is that we will be offering 10 years annual servicing with all windows and doors we install
