🎄 Christmas 2025 at Waller World 🎄
We well and truly got into the festive spirit at Waller World this year — and as always, we did it in style!
December was packed with Christmas cheer, from quizzes and Hot Chocolate Day to the ever-popular Christmas Jumper Day. Of course, it wouldn’t be Christmas without a visit from our naughty elves, who once again caused chaos and kept everyone laughing with their daily mischief.
🎉 The Big Christmas Celebration – 23rd December
Our main event took place on the 23rd, and what an afternoon it was!
We kicked things off at Bar Wars with Secret Santa, a raffle, and plenty of festive food and drink. Then came one of our favourite traditions — the Waller Christmas Bake Off. The spread was incredible: homemade cakes, sausage rolls, biscuits, fresh bread, pies and sweet treats galore.
A special shoutout goes to our newest team member, Lee, who stole the show and took the crown with his mini Christmas puddings — tiny, festive, and absolutely delicious. A winning debut!
🎯 Games On!
Next stop: taxis waiting outside to whisk us off to The Light in Sittingbourne. There, we split into teams for a couple of hours of interactive darts and shuffleboard. Add a few drinks and a healthy dose of competitive spirit, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for laughter, banter, and some very questionable aiming skills.
Safe to say, a great time was had by all.
🍽️ Feast Mode Activated
After all that excitement, we headed just across the road to Galata Mezze to refuel. The table quickly filled with bread, dips, kebabs, ribs, chips, salads, couscous — a proper feast! With wine, beers and soft drinks flowing, the celebrations continued in true festive fashion.
Somehow, the afternoon turned into a full-on Christmas singalong, because no Waller Christmas is complete without a bit of musical enthusiasm.
And in perfect British style, we wrapped up the night tucked up at home by 10pm… with a cup of tea. Bliss.
