Optivo Contract
As this financial year comes to an end, it is time to receive orders for the next phase of the Optivo contract and plan for future works. We have been installing new front and back doors for the local hosuing association. This year should be easier now that we are familiar with booking appointments for the residents and helping them with any needs and concerns they may have.
Last year was a good learning curve and has enabled me to grow into my role. I am now more confident with the knowledge and expeirence I have gained in the last twelve months. Both myself and my line manager have found this to be an enjoyable and challenging year and we are looking forward to the coming year.
