Building on Trust
(Our Company Vision)
You may be aware that the company vision is ‘Building on trust …’ and one of these visions is ‘We trust our workforce to carry out their work correctly and to the best of their ability’
This has been highlighted by the positive feedback we have received:-
“We are used to and like Colin coming in and out all the time. Colin is a diamond”
(Travis Perkins, Sittingbourne)
“Darren Robinson did a brilliant job”
“I am pleased with the work that had been carried out and Mark (who is about 50) was a star could not have wished for more from him.”
(Burslem Rd, Tunbridge Wells)

Peak Physique finally moved into Sittingbourne High Street (pictured above) on 4th May.
The project was very close to the wire in the end and thank you to everyone involved for their hard work in getting this project ready on time.
This will be featured in a future episode of the popular BBC programme ‘Homes Under The Hammer’. Full details will be in the next issue.
Chaucer Wood Court, Canterbury
Work commenced on the refurbishment of over 15 flats at Chaucer Wood Court back in April. Due to the high standard of workmanship and quick turnaround of each unit, a positive response has been received by Town and Country Housing Association, which has lead to possible work for the future.
Well done to all those involved.
Investors in People
Our next review will be in December 2010. Our accreditation recognises the commitment we are making to demonstrate good practice in the areas of leading, managing and developing people. Currently there are only 30,000 businesses out of 2.15 million in the UK which hold the Investor in People status. Work has begun to ensure that we are on course and further updates will be given. For further information, please contact Paula on 01795 424435.

This is one of many new exciting developments on how we market ourselves.
We are very keen to improve our services to customers and are actively asking customers for feedback. Customers who give us feedback will be entered into a free prize draw for a £50 voucher.
Some of the feedback we have received so far:
“God, I love dealing with you (Rose Weller) and your company!’
“Good professional workmanship and entirely satisfied could not have done a better job. Would recommend them!!!”
“Just wanted to drop you an e-mail to say how pleased we have been with the chap you sent to put up the new desks, fit the panel above the door and sort out the loose stair runner. I know they were all simple things but he went the extra mile, did the job with no inconvenience to our staff and left the place tidy. “
“More than satisfied with work”
“Workmen were excellent.”
