Office & Warehouse Refurbishment

Waller Building Services were asked to carry out office and warehouse refurbishment for this local training recruitment centre. We installed high level lighting and high level warehouse heating, the roof was also cleaned and repaired where required. The client requested that we change the layout of the offices to benefit the future plans of the growing business. A new medical room, kitchen area, boardroom were formed and the staff toilets were completely refurbished. To update the building to current standards new air conditioning, lighting and electrics was installed which will improve the working environment.

Aluminium Shop Front Installation

Waller Glazing Services were successfully appointed by a large building contractor to install four aluminium shop fronts for the new Starbucks Coffeehouse at the Chatham Dockside complex in Kent. The new shop fronts included 2 No. electronically operated aluminium doors and each elevation was glazed with 8.8mm laminated safety glass. All works were completed on schedule within the developers overall programme.
