Nursery Refurbishment

The school wanted to transform this large, underused space into a nursery. Waller Building Services lined the original painted brickwork to create nice new straight lines to help disperse natural light. The toilets were completely ripped out and reconfigured. Both rooms were plastered, filled and decorated with new fittings and lighting.

Toilet Refurbishment

The works to refurbish staff and pupil toilets at Langtons Junior Academy in Hornchurch, Essex has started. The project begun during school term time with Waller Building Services working closely with school staff to ensure the least amount of disruption as possible. New sanitary ware, cubicles, flooring, suspended ceilings and LED lighting is being installed with the project due to be completed within the first weeks of the summer holidays.

Aluminium Window Installation

Waller Glazing Services removed existing Crittall windows and replaced them with an aluminium double glazed system. Solar controlled glass was used which deflects a large degree of the sun's heat during the summer resulting in an improved working environment. A digital entry system was installed increasing the security of the school and blue metallic infill panels were also installed which enhanced the aesthetics of the building.

uPVC Window Installation

Waller Glazing Services have installed the majority of the double glazed windows and blue metallic infill panels at The Hundred of Hoo Academy during term time. This has been possible by working closely with the school and adhering to the works schedule. The school gym works are due to be carried out in the first week of the school's summer holidays as this area is in constant use. This will complete phase 2 of the school's glazing plan.
