Toilet Refurbishment

St Katherine's Primary School assigned us to refurbish their dated Year 5 boys and girls toilets. The toilets are located towards the rear of the school, near a fire exit, so access was excellent and we were able to segregate the working area, causing minimal disruption to the staff and pupils. Aside from a complete layout change, other works included alterations to the suspended ceiling, LED lighting upgrade, brand new pipework and a décor chosen by and for the children themselves.

Replacement Disabled Access Ramp

REAch2 Academy Trust asked Waller Building Services to improve the standard of their existing disabled access ramp to bring it in line with current regulations. Working to a tight schedule we managed to conclude the majority of the works in the term break to avoid putting both children and staff at risk.

Aluminium Window Installation

REAch2 Academy Trust commissioned Waller Glazing Services to replace the existing wooden framed, single glazed windows to Wisldhere-Dacre |Junior Academy. The specification was aluminium, double glazed windows with Georgian bars which had o match the existing windows to be passed by building control.

Security Wire Mesh Installation

The Academy was experiencing after hours vandalism, stones were being thrown at large windows from outside of the school premises. After we repaired the costly double glazed units tyhe site manager requested that we install protective security mesh that didn't look too "prison like" and complemented the schools modern appearance. Since the green galvanised mesh was installed the academy hasn't had any further problems
