Toilet Refurbishment

Following the refurbishment of one toilet block last year the school contacted us to improve another block, this time the school chose a 'water world' design to brighten up the area. Following the same layout as before the communal hand wash area was fitted with back to back vanity units and push button taps to help reduce the water usage of the school.

Classroom Refurbishments

Riverview Infants School had commenced a long term refurbishment prgramme of the classrooms in the school, Waller Building Services were asked to continue this refurbishment with a clear template to carry forward. During the project all doors, flooring & decoration works were matched to the existing room the school had already refurbished. Across 5 classrooms, the improved floor layout and new lighting really improved the learning experience of those using the classrooms.

Metallic Infill Panel Replacement

As part of a massive regeneration plan, The Hundred of Hoo Academy instructed us to supply and install new infill panels to the main school building. The colour of the panels were chosen by the school and represent the schools image. Each existing white uPVC panel was upgraded to a new metallic blue which increased durability and security. The performance of each metallic panel increased the insulation u value to 1.1, resulting in an improved thermal efficiency and gave the building a new lease of life.
