“I would like to say thank you to all at Waller Glazing Services for the fantastic work done on my house recently. Everything went smoothly and I am very pleased with the final finish.

From the moment that Waller Glazing came around to measure up and provide me with a quote I knew this company worked quite differently to other glazing companies that had been round to see me. The initial measure up of the windows was done very quickly, I was given a few options for the windows and doors that could be fitted and some advice as to what might look best.

Something that I didn’t like about other glazing companies was the high pressure sales techniques that they employed by trying to get me to sign up on the day with a promise of a lower quote, there was none of this with Waller Glazing and I felt that the quote they would give me would be an honest one. The quote arrived a day or so later and was very competitive.

I decided to go with Waller Glazing because I felt they had a much more professional approach than the other glazing companies and the yearly service they provide was something that caught my eye.

The work was started about a month later and I was told the work would take 4 days and it was completed with a minimum of disruption in 4 days, everything was also left very tidy at the end of each day. The two guys that fitted the windows worked non-stop and also to a very high standard. The two small issues that I had at the end of the fit were dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
