GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT
The health, safety and welfare of employees and the environment are of the utmost importance to Waller Associates Limited and are essential for the efficient operation of the company. The management is responsible for safety at work, and we will provide training, supervision, resources, procedures, equipment and working conditions which comply with legal requirements and enable all employees, and other persons under our responsibility, to avoid accidents and work related ill-health effects.
Waller Associates Limited is dedicated to the continual improvement of Occupational Health & Safety performance which will be achieved through the implementation of economically sound objectives and with the involvement of employees.
This policy is prepared according to the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work 1999 and the Provision and use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 and other relevant health and safety legislation.

This Policy applies to all our activities at all locations and will be brought to the attention of all employees and made available to contractors and business partners and is monitored and reviewed annually or more frequently if required.
