Bright Ideas Policy

Purpose

It is the policy of Waller Associates Limited to promote and to give fair consideration to all contributions in the form of ideas and suggestions made by the team and those associated with the organisation such as subcontractors and third parties.

Policy

Ideas can be made informally, verbally or formally in writing at any time during the course of day to day working. The forum which particularly encourages and welcomes contribution and ideas are the monthly Company Development Plan meetings. Minutes of the meetings are available to all and supplemented by Company Newsletter, website and blog postings.

Implementation

All ideas will be given due consideration and where practical and of mutual benefit will be enforced immediately. Where the company benefits considerably appropriate recognition will be given as deemed proportionate to the situation and benefits. Feedback to the validity of the idea will be given in all cases.

This policy supports the attainment of the Investor in People status and is reviewed annually.
