Steve Waller - Managing Director
Steve is the Company’s Managing Director and the driving force behind Waller Building Services. Having carried out his apprenticeship as a quantity surveyor with Peach Contractors Ltd in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, the opportunity arose to found his own company in July 1993. Showing the entrepreneurial skills he inherited from his father, Steve was able to establish good working relationships with his clients during the Company’s infancy. It is from this solid foundation that the Company has been able to grow to where it is today.

Bill & Jan Waller - Senior Directors Bill and Jan are the co-founders of Waller Services. Ever since the formative days of Waller Building Services, they have been able to offer their experience and expertise ensuring that the Company has always had reliable figureheads to turn to when the need arises. They have seen the hard work they put in during their younger years translate into the success of both companies which continue to thrive today.

Martin Ravenscroft - Chartered Surveyor Martin joined the Company as a trainee surveyor in April, 1995. He carried out his apprenticeship during which he achieved his HNC in June, 1998 and became a chartered surveyor with the Chartered Institute of Building in February, 2004. Under the tutelage of Steve Waller, Martin has gained the requisite skills and experience required as his career in the construction industry has progressed.

Colin Holland - Driver & Storeman Colin has been with Waller Building Services on a full time basis since March 2001. Prior to this, he had worked for the Company as a subcontracted labourer but his potential to become more prominent was realised when he agreed to become our van driver and storeman. Colin is the heart beat of the Company and gives us the means to maintain constant progress on site by delivering plant and materials as and when required.

Paula Foster - Office Manager Paula started with us in 2004 and has established herself as our office manager. She has obtained the various skills required to carry out the Company’s secretarial duties as well as dealing with the accounts including the Sage computer software and payment of suppliers. Paula is also heavily involved with the development of the company’s Quality Policy, Business Development Plan and CITB Training Plan for which she is responsible for organising any training courses required by our employees.

Rose Weller - Office Administrator Rose joined us in early 2008 to assist Paula with the projected increase in work load due to our anticipated expansion through 2008 into 2009. Rose is extremely competent with over 30 years experience. She has worked for numerous other companies such as a construction firm, a Building Society, a firm of accountants and the Inland Revenue. Rose fitted into the Company extremely quickly and after only one week it felt as if we had known her for years!
